The cutting tool type B34 & B35 has been specially developed for step, slot and face milling for
roughing and finishing operations in steel and cast iron machining.
The tools are available in the following versions:
Shell type mill made to DIN 8030-A, shank type mill made to DIN 1835-B and screw-in end
mills, each with standard and close tooth pitch.
- High efficiency due to effectively 8 cutting edges
- High cutting volume due to axial depth of cut of up to max. 6,5 mm (B34) & max. 9,0 mm (B35)
- High surface quality and precision thanks to peripherally ground indexable insert with separate plane cutting edge
- Thanks to the axial depth of cut of up to 6,5 mm (B34) & up to 9,0 mm (B35) almost step-free walls
- Long tool life thanks to optimally matched cutting edges and cutting materials
- The tool bodies are made of high-strength and additionally tempered tool steel andcan therefore withstand the highest loads
- The surfaces of the tools are nickel-plated, this results in greater resistance to welding and corrosion
- Shell type mills made to DIN 8030-A, ø32-160mm
- Shank type mills made to DIN 1835-B, ø25+32mm
- Screw-in cutters, ø25+32mm
- The tools ranging from ø 25-100 mm are equipped with boreholes for internal coolant passages
- Tools in standard and close tooth pitch for allow an optimal choice for the required machining processes
