Mitsubishi Materials Ceramic corner radius end mills are designed for roughing thru semi-finishing of nickel based heat resistant materials like Inconel®718 and available in 4 and 6 flute options. As can be seen in this video, tool life and reliability of Mitsubishi Ceramic end mill’s compared to conventional ceramics is clear. Mitsubishi Ceramic End Mills are available in 6, 8, 10 and 12mm diameters with the four flute CE4SRB series capable of efficient slotting in addition to side milling. When preparing to apply CERAMIC end mills cutting strategies to a process for the first time, it is imperative that one reads and understands Ceramic End Mill cutting theory and process precautions out lined in the brochure.
