Mitsubishi Ceramic End Mill Series CE4SRB & CE6SRB feature corner radius for strength and are designed for high productivity roughing thru semi-finishing of nickel based heat resistant materials like Inconel®718. The 6 flute CE6SRB is designed primarily for side milling whist the 4 flute CE4SRB series is capable of side milling, slotting and helical interpolation as shown in the video. When preparing to apply CERAMIC end mills cutting strategies to a process for the first time, it is imperative that one reads and understands Ceramic End Mill cutting theory and process precautions out lined in the brochure.
