In der Basis-Version sind die Maschinen bereits mit thermosymmetrischem Design, eigensteifem Maschinenbett und ausgewählten Kühlmaßnahmen ausgeführt. Gemeinsam mit dem Hochpräzisionsmaschinenhersteller DIXI haben wir eine neue, patentierte Lösung zur Maximierung der Genauigkeit unserer CNC Maschinen entwickelt. Mit unserer innovativen computergestützten Mess- und Kompensationsmethode ist uns ein großer Schritt in der Industrialisierung von hochgenauen Maschinen gelungen. Hierzu wird die CNC Maschine mit einem Präzisionslaser vermessen. Danach werden die Führungen in allen Achsen mit geschliffenen Abstimmplatten feinjustiert. This allowed us to show our visitors a best-practice example of our know-how and what is possible with our tools, as well as highlighting how important e-mobility and the support of sustainable projects are for CERATIZIT. ???? In industrial tool and die making, specific market needs oftentimes lead to innovation. And this is how one of our partners, Polish tool manufacturer ITA TOOLS SP.ZO.O., introduced laser ablation technology in tool and die making for the woodworking industry. "People and passion for work" - this is the philosophy of Polish tool manufacturing company ITA TOOLS SP.ZO.O. The Polish company is known as high quality tool and die maker for the woodworking industry and is always open to new ideas. Together with DMG MORI, they decided to introduce laser ablation technology for the woodworking market as well, and to apply it to larger machines such as the LASERTEC 50 PrecisionTool. The reason: ITA TOOLS needs to machine tools with dimensions of more than 200 mm. So, together with DMG MORI, ITA TOOLS has added a LASERTEC 50 PrecisionTool with automation beside the existing machine LASERTEC 20 PrecisionTool and can now offer tools with diameters of up to 355 mm. ITA TOOLS can thus achieve better quality and tool life than without this technology. However, the cooperation with DMG MORI is not limited to machines, because ITA TOOLS also receives support from the technicians as well as in maintenance. The company also uses milling machines and lathes from DMG MORI for housing production.
