Modeling An As-Built Pipe From Scan Data Into AutoCAD Plant 2011

This video tutorial is demonstrating how to easily model the as built conditions of a process plant with the help of AutoCAD Plant 3D and FARO Laser Scanner data. In a simple example it shows how to fit pipes into the point cloud and how to attach a suitable flange to the as-built CAD model of the pipe run.
