Pelton Turbinenschaufel, programmiert mit Tebis V4.0

This section of a Pelton turbine -- as is commonly used in hydroelectric power stations -- has been created to prove the capabilities of the new HBZ Trunnion 80 horizontal machining center built by Handtmann A-Punkt Automation GmbH. The water jet strikes the Pelton turbine at a maximum speed of 500 km/h -- the demands on the material are thus tremendous. Tough, corrosion-resistant prehardened 1.2316 mold steel was used to create this Pelton turbine blade, in perfect interaction between an extremely powerful milling machine, optimal cutting tools from Pokolm Frästechnik GmbH & Co. KG, and the efficient 3+2-axis roughing and 5-axis simultaneous milling programs of the Tebis CAD/CAM software. Um die Leistungsfähigkeit des neuen Horizontalbearbeitungszentrum HBZ Trunnion 80 der Firma Handtmann A-Punkt Automation GmbH zu beweisen, entstand dieser Ausschnitt einer Pelton-Turbine wie sie üblicherweise in Wasserkraftwerken verwendet wird. Der Wasserstrahl trifft mit bis zu 500 km/h auf die Peltonturbine, die Anforderungen sind also enorm hoch. Aus dem zähen, korrosionsbeständigen, vergüteten Formstahl 1.2316 entstand in einem perfekten Zusammenspiel von extrem leistungsfähiger Fräsmaschine, optimalen Zerspanungswerkzeugen der Firma Pokolm Frästechnik GmbH & Co. KG und den effizienten 3+2-Achsen-Schrupp- und 5-Achsen-Simultan Fräsprogrammen der Tebis CAD/CAM-Software diese Pelton Turbinenschaufel.
