CENTURIA-E - Grinding tools for the semiconductor industry

Last year, TYROLIT established a strategic partnership with the Japanese Asahi Diamond Group, one of the market leaders for the manufacture of grinding tools for the electronics industry, to enter the semiconductor market in Europe. CENTURIA-E is the first product developed on the basis of this common know-how. The ability to process wafer thicknesses of less than 100µm, a significant improvement in tool strength and cycle times as well as an increase in surface quality make the CENTURIA-E an attractive tool for use in the electronics industry.
