TruGreen; Not So Green, Not so Honest

The reason I terminated TruGreen Lawn Care TruGreen's task was to spread 178 lb of LIME onto my property. This normally represents 7 additional fill-ups of lime in the spreader. Video shows less than 1 load was used and I'm not sure if really any lime was applied. There are 3 possibilities of what's going on here: 1) the 2 guys are stealing my product and giving it to one of their buddies 2) The company promotes this to save money and to invoice the customer to have a better profit 3) The 2 guys are just super lazy. After confronting TruGreen in Mooresville with the video and my frustration, they offered to come out for free and apply the lime once again. Since taking on TruGreen last May, we have called and complained more than 5 times, so this must be a pattern with this particular franchise. Not sure if other franchise locations carry on business this way or not. We have chosen to terminate our service with TruGreen...
