International Women's Day: Celebrating our female champions at ANCA

You can't be what you can't see. It is well known that across all industries there is a lack of diverse female role models in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) careers. In fact, in Australia in 2016, only 12.4 per cent of engineers were women. That is why it is important to increase the visibility of females working in STEM and other roles at ANCA. Talented women add to our diversity and innovation in a traditionally male-dominated industry. From a young age, Amelinda Ilardi, ANCA CNC Machines Project Manager, was always into pulling things apart and putting them back together which naturally led her to engineering.
