Wohlhaupter offers the ALU-LINE Large Diameter Boring System in diameters from 7.87" to 128.14" STOCK STANDARD from our Dayton, OH facility. No other precision boring tool company offers such an extensive size range of "off-the-shelf" boring tools for rough twin boring, COMBI-LINE combination boring (rough & finish) or finish single point boring applications. Aluminum body construction provides light weight tools able to run on smaller machines and produces less stress on the spindle than steel body tools. The aluminum bodies are hardcoated to RC 50 for durability and long life. The ALU-LINE system is designed with modular features providing interchangable components reducing the total number of systems parts to cover the entire boring range.
