SAACKE Automatic Calibration System

The SAACKE Automatic Calibration System is used to fully and accurately calibrate all parts of the CNC grinding machine models including: a) Machine axis centerlines b) Tool Measuring Probe centerline c) Coolant Hole Measuring Probe centerline d) Wheel Measuring Probe centerline e) Tool Loading System Centerline (at the collet) f) Tool Loading System Centerline (at the pallet) The complete measuring process takes less than 10 minutes.
