NUMgrind – Stadium

Non-circular grinding has never been easier. Thanks to the new software capabilities of NUMgrind, grinding of camshaft, crankshaft, punch or internal non-circular grinding is no longer a problem. With a user-friendly interface (HMI) and special G-cycles for non-circular grinding. The operator no longer needs to program ISO/G code. Just fill the fields in the HMI with the data and the correct program is automatically generated. Besides, an excellent 3D simulation software, which can be used online (collision monitoring) as well as offline (production planning). In this example, a stadium figure is created using the predefined stored figure patterns. The relevant grinding data is then entered. After creating the main part program, the result can be simulated and viewed in the 3D simulation software.
