ZOLLER »threadCheck« high-end universal measuring machine for helical tools

»threadCheck« is the ZOLLER high-end universal measuring machine for distortion-free and accurate measurement of helical tools (in specific taps or hob cutters). Six CNC-controlled axes and a fully automated optic carrier enable complex measuring of threaded tool geometries, threaded taps, cutters and forms and numerous other cutting tools. All measurements are documented in detail. The photo-realistic and modular choice of »pilot 3.0« measuring programs allows »threadCheck« to meet a host of customer requirements.
