The Hyper-i pickup cycle routine uses the wire itself to establish 2-D work locations using several built-in, canned pickup cycles for rapid workpiece setup. Alternatively, touch probe and dial test indicator options are also available for greater accuracy, and can be used alongside the Hyper-i control’s Advance 3D Plane Find function for multi-axis workpiece positioning.
