Herstellung eines Prototypen aus Aluminium durch HSC-Fräsen Komplettbearbeitung eins Handyhalters (145x90x65 mm) aus einem vollen Block durch HSC-Fräsen auf einer Röders RXP601DSH. Dabei kommen Werkzeuge mit Abmessungen von Durchmesser 16mm bis 1mm zum Einsatz, Drehzahlen bis 32.000 1/min und Vorschübe in der Kontur bis 20.000 mm/min. Ein Abschnitt wird mit einem MKD Werkzeug auf Hochglanz (Ra 10nm) geschlichtet. Die Bearbeitungszeit beträgt 20 Minuten zuzüglich 8 Minuten für die Hochglanzfläche.
