Hochdynamische Herstellung einer Graphitelektrode auf einer Röders RXP501DS. Durch Direktantriebe mit RACECUT® und der Röderssteuerung RMS6 werden hohe Genauigkeiten und Oberflächengüten in minimalen Bearbeitungszeiten erreicht. Für eine optimale Abfuhr des Graphitstaubs sorgt der MHT Mediumverteiler, der in dieser Anwendung mit Druckluft betrieben wird. Durch die koaxiale Luftzufuhr gelangt die Druckluft aufgrund des Venturi-Effekts auch in tiefen Kavitäten oder engen Verrippungen bis an die Schneide und entfernt den Staub sicher. Somit wird verhindert, dass dieser mit der Werkzeugschneide mehrfach in Kontakt kommt und zu Verschleiß führt. Mit dem Mediumverteiler kann somit die Werkzeugstandzeit signifikant vergrößert werden. Optimum removal of the graphite dust is ensured by the MHT medium distributor, which works with compressed air in this application. Due to the coaxial air supply and the Venturi effect, the compressed air reaches the cutting edge even in deep cavities or narrow ribbing and removes the dust reliably. This prevents the dust from getting into repeated contact with the cutting edge of the tool which would cause wear. The medium distributor can thus significantly increase the tool life.
