we are showing a 5 axis machining of a reflector tool insert made of Toolox 44 with a hardness of 55 HRC on a High Speed Eagle V5-5 axis milling machine of OPS-INGERSOLL. Part has been programmed utilizing Hypermill CAM SW. The V5 is a high dynamic 5 axis milling machine, prepared for milling of grapite for electrodes and/or hard-milling. It is equipped with the latest controller Heidenhain TNC 640 which makes the machine versatil but fast and reliable at the same time.
