NHX 8000 – 6-cylinder block machining

With a pallet size of 800 mm x 800 mm, a maximum workpiece-diameter of 1.450 mm and a maximum table load of 3.000 kg, the NHX 8000 is a horizontal machining center for large workpieces. The powerMASTER spindle with a maximum spindle torque of 1.413 NM (10% ED) as option in combination with the rigid machine design guarantee fast and stable processes. Loading can be done parallel to the machining thanks to the closed setup station. The NHX series can also be combined with CPP, LPP and RPP pallet automation systems to increase the productivity even further.
