Jongen UNI MILL Face Milling Cutter Type A20

This face milling cutter enables very economical roughing and finishing operations of steel, stainless steel and cast materials. The programme includes shank type mills made to DIN 1835-B and shell mills with close and standard pitch. The different numbers of teeth allow an optimal tool choice for the respective machining process. All tools are equipped with holes for internal coolant supply. The effectively 8-edged reversible indexable inserts are provided with an highly positive chip breaker and are available in a precision sintered and a precision ground version. The maximum ap value is 3,5mm. The precision ground wiper insert produces a very good surface quality, even at high feed rates.
