Die neuen Trochoidal-Schaftfräser gibt es in Jet-Cut-Geometrie für Anwendungen in Stahl- oder Gusswerkstoffen und in TiNox-Geometrie für Anwendungen in nichtrostenden Stahlwerkstoffen und diversen Legierungen. Beide Varianten sind in 3 Baulängen (2xD, 3xD, 4xD) erhältlich. Um den Anforderungen der trochoidalen Zerspanung gerecht zu werden, sind die Schaftfräser mit vibrationsdämpfenden Merkmalen wie ungleiche Teilung, ungleiche Drallwinkel oder einer neuen Mikrogeometrie versehen. To cover the requirements of trochoidal machining, the end mills feature low-vibration characteristics such as variable spacing and variable helix angle or a new micro-geometry.
